Client Satisfaction & Refund PolicyOnce your order is placed, you will receive your listing forms and property questionnaire via email by the close of business the following business day. If you do not receive these materials within this defined time frame, please contact our office. Once you're listed in your local MLS system by one of our flat fee brokers, it's extremely difficult to transfer your listing to another broker. In fact, your listing will have to be canceled, and then all paperwork transferred to a new broker, and your listing re-entered. So, we do our very best to make sure all of our brokers can fully meet our clients' needs, and that no issues arise. It's very important that if you have an issue with your broker, you bring it to our attention PRIOR to your listing being entered into the MLS. This way, we can arrange for you to work with one of our other brokers and your listing will not ultimately be affected. Should a situation arise in which you'd like a refund or would like to cancel your listing, please review the following before contacting our office. Listings can be canceled within 30 days after you place your order, but only prior to your listing being entered into the MLS. There is a $25 cancellation fee to cover our credit card charges, which we are charged when your order is placed and when we issue a refund. If you have surpassed the 30 days after placing your order, and your home has still not yet been listed on the MLS, we cannot issue you a refund. But, if you do not wish to move forward with your listing at this time, your order will remain on file, and you can have your homes listed at any time. Once your listing is active on the Multiple Listing Service, we cannot provide you with a refund. Once your property for sale is listed, the service you've paid our organization for has been provided. Should you wish to cancel your listing for any reason at any time, you may certainly do that. There are no fees associated with cancellation. Regarding materials, there cannot be any refunds provided for keyboxes or sign inserts once they are shipped to you. We try to serve every single client to the best of our ability, and it is our goal for you to be 100% satisfied with our services.
